Outlook Drive Medical Centre is a fully accredited General Practice. Our team has put in the time and hours to ensure that our practice conforms to the highest standards of care, based on the principles of excellence, support, independence, expertise and transparency.

Clinic Processes:


Please call 8376 8460 for an appointment. Every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred time. Emergencies will always be given priority and our reception staff will attempt to contact you if there is an unforeseen delay or if your GO has been called away.

Please ask our reception staff when making your appointment if:

  • you require a longer consultation
  • if you or your family requires an interpreter service

When ringing for an appointment, if our clinic is booked out, please advise reception staff if the matter is urgent, otherwise you will be booked in for the next available appointment time.

All communication is done via telephone. Queries are responded to within 1-2 business days, depending on its urgency.


Our practice  bulk-bills all eligible Medicare card holders. All other patients will be charged a fee for service. Our practice only accepts cash payments. There may be an out of pocket expense for our Dietician, especially for non-health care card holders. Part claimable from Medicare.


Our practice is committed to preventative care. Your doctor will seek your permission to be included on our reminder system. We may issue you with a reminder notice from time to time, offering your preventative health services appropriate to your care. If you do not want to be part of this service, please let your doctor know.


Our practice considers it to be in the best interest of patient safety if they see the doctor for follow up as soon as possible after doing tests, irrespective of the recall system in place via SMS for some test results. Patients are advised to take responsibility and initiative to make a follow up appointment after having tests to ensure the result is discussed with your doctor.

Results cannot be given out over the phone. This is to ensure safety and to protect your privacy.


Your medical record is a confidential document. It is the policy of this practice to maintain the security of personal health information at all times to ensure that this information is only available to authorised members of staff.


If you have a problem, we would like to hear about it. Please feel free to talk to your doctor or the receptionist. You may prefer to write to us or use our suggestion box. We take your concerns, suggestions or complaint seriously. If you feel the clinic cannot resolve your complaint, please contact the office of the Health Services Commissioner Complaints and Information.
